Design of Rice Straw Fiber Crusher and Evaluation of Fiber Quality

In the comprehensive development and utilization of crop straw, it is key to separate fibers in straw through a certain process or equipment. order obtain rice fiber material, crusher was designed using SOLIDWORKS software, its grinding simulated EDEM software verify feasibility machine principle structural rationality. The wheel speed, screw feed shaft clearance were used as test factors design three-factor, five-level Design Expert 13, obtaining speed 1250 r·min−1, 40 0.21 mm, which can achieve theoretical kWh output 45.8 kg/(kW·h) tensile index 112.5 N·mg−1. We aimed establish model pore channel specimen, analyze characteristics within unit area different specimens, investigate intrinsic relationship between image coefficient rationality evaluate quality fiber.
